1. Crack and whisk eggs together. 2. Spread your sourdough discard into a greased pan. Place into a preheated oven at 400°F. Bake for ten minutes until crust looks dried out. 3. Remove from oven, add in your eggs and toppings, then place back into the oven at 400°F for about 30 minutes until cooked through. 4. Slice, serve, and enjoy!
