1: Cook rice at any point. Finish by adding in remaining ingredients and setting aside. 2: Season steaks to your liking with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. 3: Cook steaks to your liking. Let rest for at least 10 minutes before slicing into thin strips. 4: Combine all salsa ingredients into a food processor and blend until finely chopped. 5: Combine crema ingredients into food processor and blend until creamy. 6: In the same pan, cook the peppers until softened with balsamic vinegar until liquid is gone. Remove and set aside. 7: Warm tortillas slightly, then spread cream, rice, peppers, steak, lettuce, and cheese, and roll tightly. 8: Add butter to a pan, lay burritos seam side down, and cook until golden brown and crispy on all sides. 9: Remove from pan, slice in half, and enjoy!
