1: Prepare all your veggies beforehand. 2: Melt butter in a large stock pot. Add your onions and cook until softened. Add in garlic and chicken bouillon and cook until fragrant. 3: Add in your flour and mix together until a paste forms. 4: Pour in your broth, mix until well combined. Add in your veggies and mix together. Bring to a simmer and cover with a lid, cooking until softened. 5: Season with all purpose seasoning and stir. If desired, blend about half of your soup in a blender or with a stick/emulsion blender. 6: Add in your cheese and season with additional salt to your liking. Serve and enjoy!
