1: Pan fry the chicken until fully cooked. 2: Mix half the chicken with finely diced celery and hot sauce. 3: In a bowl, combine BBQ sauce, melted butter, a splash of vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and additional hot sauce to taste. 4: Spread BBQ sauce on one flatbread and hot sauce on another. 5: Top each flatbread with the prepared chicken mixture. 6: Add cheese on top of the chicken. 7: Bake until the flatbread crust is golden brown. 8: Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. 9: Drizzle with more hot sauce and BBQ sauce, then slice and serve.
