These sourdough popovers, accompanied by sweet cinnamon butter, are easy to make and are perfect for all ages. This recipe yields 12 popovers.

1: Crack your eggs and whisk together with your milk. Add in your sourdough start, discard or active work fine either way, and salt, then whisk together. 2: Whisk in your flour until all large clumps disappear. Shouldn’t be beaten into a perfect consistency. 3: Pour into a container that will allow you to easily pour into your muffin pan. 4: Preheat oven to 450°F with muffin pan in the oven. Once preheated, remove the muffin pan and spray with nonstick spray. Pour in your popover batter until nearly full. 5: Whisk your butter ingredients together until smooth. Set aside. 6: Place into oven and bake for 15 minutes. Lower heat to 375°F and bake for an additional 15 minutes. Remove and allow to cool, then remove popovers and let cool on a rack or enjoy immediately with your delicious cinnamon butter.
