1: Cook potatoes to your liking; crispy is preferred. 2: Season and cook your chicken over medium high heat until 165°F internal temperature. Allow to cool, then shred your chicken. 3: Cook your eggs to your liking; over easy is recommended. 4: Lay down your tortilla, add cheese, potatoes, chicken, eggs, and more cheese. Roll and lay seam side down. 5: Optional: Lay down a light layer of cheese in a pan over medium heat. Place burritos on top of the cheese. Cook until cheese is golden brown, then flip and cook until tops are golden brown as well. 6: Make your sauce. Serve and enjoy!
