1: Place thawed chicken onto a cookie sheet and pat dry. 2: Place chicken into a large bowl. Sprinkle with all the spices and massage into the chicken until it’s evenly covered. 3: If using chicken wings and legs, place them onto two separate cookie sheets lined with foil. 4: Lay chicken onto the sheets, making sure not to crowd them, so they can crisp up in the oven. 5: Preheat oven to 400°. Bake for roughly 45 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°. 6: Place all BBQ ingredients into a large bowl and stir to combine. 7: Remove chicken from the oven and allow to cool for a few minutes. Place chicken into the BBQ bowl and toss to coat. 8: Serve alongside some homemade French fries or sautéed veggies.
