1: Cook noodles, drain and set aside. 2: Melt butter in a large pan over medium heat. Once melted, add in flour. Whisk until a thick paste forms. Pour in milk and heavy cream, whisk until of uniform consistency. 3: Pour in seasonings and mix until combined. Preheat oven to 350°F. 4: Add in mustard and Worcestershire sauce, stir, then add 1/2 cup of cheddar and mozzarella cheese and mix until thick and creamy. Keep stirring until it thickens up a bit. 5: Once thickened, add in your noodles and fold until they’re evenly coated. 6: Grab a 9x13 baking dish and coat with nonstick spray. Add in half your Mac mixture. Top with half of remaining cheeses and 1/2 tbsp of Italian seasoning. Add remaining Mac mixture. Top with remaining cheese and Italian seasoning. 7: Place into oven for 15 minutes. Remove and let cool for ten. Serve and enjoy!
