1: To a large bowl, add your chicken, yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, spices, and seasonings. Mix together by hand until coated. 2: Add to a pan and bake in the oven at 400°F until done (165° internal temp). 3: For the sauce, add your yogurt, cucumber (with seeds scooped out), garlic, lemon juice, salt, and dill to a bowl and mix together until combined. 4: When chicken is done, let it cool for a few minutes then chop into cubes. 5: To assemble, lay down some parchment paper, a gyro, sauce, lettuce, chicken, tomatoes, red onions, more sauce. Fold over and assemble the rest. 6: Serve and enjoy!
