1: Pound chicken breasts thin (1/2 inch). Drizzle with olive oil, then seasonings. Massage to combine. 2: If making rice or potatoes, cook at any time. 3: Cook chicken over medium high heat for about 5 minutes on each side until it reaches 165° F. 4: Cook broccoli separately to allow it to release its liquid. 5: Once chicken is done, remove from pan and let rest. Add olive oil to the pan and sauté onion until softened. Add in garlic and cook for 1 minute. 6: Add in cream, broth, onions, and seasonings. Bring to a simmer and cook until thickened. Reduce heat, add in broccoli and sliced chicken. Serve & enjoy!
