1. Cook chicken breasts 5-7 minutes on both sides over medium high heat until golden brown and fully cooked. Set aside. Let cool. Shred or dice into cubes 2. With the remaining olive oil cook the onions until softened, about 5 minute. Add in half of the garlic and cook for another minute. 3. Add in Worcestershire, BBQ sauce and paprika. Stir to combine. 4. Add chicken back in and stir until evenly combined. 5. Melt butter with remaining garlic and parsley 6. Spread butter mixture on bread. Place butter side down and place about 1/3 cup of the bbq chicken on top of the bread. Place a slice of cheese on top. Top with another slice of bread. Spread butter on top. 7. Place onto a pan or griddle over medium heat and cook on each side until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes. 8. Transfer to a plate. Devour! 9. Save these slides if you’re making this recipe soon!
