1.) Cube chicken and drizzle with olive oil then cover with about half of the seasoning mixture. 2.) Add olive oil to a pan over medium high heat and cook chicken until done. 3.) Brown ground beef at the same time. Once browned, add remaining seasoning mixture and cook until combined and begins to thicken. 4.) Add onions and peppers to a large pan with olive oil over medium heat. Cook until softened, then add in Worcestershire sauce and balsamic vinegar. 5.) Assemble your nachos by laying down your chips, then meat, peppers and onions, corn, queso cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, avocados, jalapeños, and any other ingredients you’d like. 6.) Serve with some Wild Sol salsa, and any other favorite sauces and toppings.
