1: Shred your hash browns. Put a little butter in a hot pan and arrange hash browns into a square (the size of the bread). Flip and cook until both sides are golden brown. 2: Cook chicken on both sides, seasoning with salt and pepper. 3: Cook eggs however you like them. 4: Butter your bread and lay one slice buttered side down in a pan over low medium heat. Add cheese, chicken, hash browns, eggs, cheese (optional) and the second slice of bread, buttered side up. Flip and cook until both sides are golden brown. 5: Mix your mayo ingredients together. Serve and enjoy!
