1.) Peel the thin membrane off the back of the ribs. It may already be removed, but you can remove it by sliding a paring knife between the membrane and the flesh and then grabbing it and peeling it off. 2.) Preheat oven to 300°. Place all dry rub ingredients into a bowl…stir to combine. Place ribs meat side up onto a baking sheet. Sprinkle dry rub on top…rub in thoroughly. Flip ribs over and cover sheet tightly with foil. 3.) Place covered ribs into the oven for 2.5 to 3 hours. 4.) Make BBQ sauce during this time. Combine all BBQ sauce ingredients into a sauce pan. Stir over medium heat & bring to a simmer…stirring constantly. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Pour into a container…place in fridge. 5.) After 2.5–3 hours remove ribs from oven & remove foil. Brush generously with BBQ sauce. Place back into oven under broil for roughly 5 minutes. 6.) Remove from oven. Rest foil back on top and let cool for 10-20 minutes. Dig in and enjoy!
