A classic Chicken Marsala dish with tender chicken thighs cubed and cooked in a rich, creamy sauce made with garlic, onion, thyme, chicken broth, and a touch of wine, served over noodles or rice.

1. Cube chicken, then coat with olive oil, salt and pepper. 2. Cook over medium high heat until done. Remove and set aside. 3. Dice onions and garlic. In same pan add olive oil and sauté onions until soft. Add garlic and stir for a minute. 4. Add in broth, wine, heavy cream, and thyme. Cook over medium heat until thickened or bring to a simmer then stir in dissolved corn starch. Salt and pepper to taste. 5. Add chicken back in and heat through. 6. Serve over noodles or rice.
