1: Cover chicken breasts with parchment paper—pound to 1/2 inch thick. 2: Mix together your seasonings and coat chicken breasts with it. Lightly massage into chicken. 3: Add olive oil to a large pan. Turn heat to high and once preheated add in chicken breasts. Cook in batches if not enough room for all chicken. 4: Allow to cook for 5-7 minutes each side. Chicken should develop a nice brown crust on it. 5: Remove and let rest for 5-10 minutes. 6: Slice or enjoy as is.
