1: Slice your bread if using homemade sourdough sandwich bread. 2: Roll flat with a rolling pin. Cut off edges of crust. 3: Mix your butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon together. Spread in a thin layer in your flattened bread slices, then roll up. 4: Dunk each roll in egg bath, then cinnamon sugar and set aside until all are done. 5: Lightly spray a frying pan with nonstick spray. Cook each roll on all sides over medium heat until toasty brown. 6: Mix icing together and spoon it into a sandwich bag so you can squeeze on top. 7: Serve and enjoy!
