1. Pound chicken breasts to 1/2 inch thick. Drizzle with oil and season generously with sea salt, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, Italian seasoning, and black pepper. Flip over and repeat the seasoning. 2. Cook the seasoned chicken over medium-high heat. Remove from heat and let rest when done. Slice into small cubes. 3. Mix together plain yogurt and BBQ sauce. Preheat oven to 400°F. 4. Lay tortillas flat. Place shredded cheese on half of each tortilla. Scoop sliced chicken on top. Add more cheese and fold the other half of the tortilla on top, pressing down. Repeat with all tortillas. 5. Spray both sides of the tortillas with an oil spray (avoid seed/vegetable oils). Put into the oven for 20-25 minutes. 6. Serve immediately with sliced cabbage or lettuce, diced tomatoes, and sliced red onions. Enjoy!
