A healthy and easy-to-make snack featuring a blend of Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, strawberries, and honey, frozen into bite-sized pieces and coated in dark chocolate. This recipe can be adapted to be dairy-free by using tofu instead of cottage cheese.

Combine 1 cup Greek yogurt, 0.5 cup cottage cheese (or tofu for a dairy-free option), 2 tablespoons honey, and 1 cup strawberries in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour the mixture into ice cube trays or popsicle molds and freeze until solid. Once frozen, remove the bites and dip them into 1 cup of melted dark chocolate.
