1: Cook noodles at any point. 2: Cube chicken, then coat with oil, salt, and pepper. 3: Cook chicken over medium-high heat until done. Remove and set aside. 4: Dice onions and garlic. In the same pan, add oil and sauté onions until soft. 5: Add in garlic and stir for a minute. 6: Add in chicken broth, wine, heavy cream, and thyme. Cook over medium heat until thickened. 7: For a quicker version, bring to a simmer and stir in dissolved corn starch. 8: Add chicken back in and heat through. 9: Serve over noodles and enjoy.
