This recipe, with a homemade ramen seasoning, makes for the best ramen you’ll have ever had, promising you'll never go back to store-bought ramen packets again. It features shredded chicken, various vegetables, and a rich savory broth, finished with eggs and fresh noodles.

1.) Add 1 tbsp butter and 2 tsp sesame oil to a pot. Add in garlic. Cook until fragrant. 2.) Add in your carrots and onions. Cook until softened. 3.) Add in mushrooms and cook until they release their liquid. 4.) Add in broth, water, coconut aminos, and juice from cooked chicken, if available. 5.) Add in ramen seasoning and a tsp or so of salt. 6.) Let simmer. Add more ramen seasoning to your liking and salt to your tastes. 7.) Stir in apple cider vinegar and a few more dashes of sesame oil. Crack in 3 eggs and stir into your broth. 8.) Drop in your noodles and cook until softened. 9.) Serve and top with chicken, chives, and hot sauce if desired.
