1: Peel, slice, and cube your butternut squash. Roughly dice your onion. Cube your chicken breast. 2: Heat olive oil in a pan. Season your chicken breast with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Add to the pan and cook until done. Set aside. 3: Sauté your onions until softened. Remove and pour into a blender. 4: Sauté your butternut squash, then add chicken broth, cover with a lid, and cook until fork tender. Remove and pour into the blender. 5: Melt together butter, cream cheese, and heavy cream. Once combined, add in cheeses and mustard. Stir until combined. Pour into the blender. 6: Blend until the cheese mixture is evenly blended. 7: Add noodles, chicken, and as much cheese mixture back to the pan as you desire. Stir to combine and serve immediately.
