1: Season your chicken breast until coated. 2: Cook on a preheated pan over medium high heat. Remove and set aside once done. 3: Add tomatoes, olive oil, basil, and water to a sauce pan. Simmer for 30-40 minutes. 4: Once tomato sauce has shortened and simmered, blend until smooth. Add in salt, pepper, and heavy cream. 5: Run tomato sauce through a sieve to remove tomato peels, if desired. 6: Butter one side of your bread. Lay the buttered side on a medium low heat pan. Add cheese, chopped chicken, more cheese, then top piece of bread. 7: Cook on both sides until golden brown. 8: Serve and enjoy!
