1: Combine cabbage & cilantro. 2: Combine rest of slaw ingredients. Stir together and pour over cabbage. Refrigerate. 3: Stir to combine all mango salsa ingredients together. Refrigerate. 4: Stir all spicy mayo ingredients together. 5: Combine all fish dry rub ingredients and stir together. 6: Place fish onto a baking sheet, gently rub spice mixture into fish on both sides. 7: Preheat the oven to 350°. Bake for 15-20 minutes based on the type of fish used. 8: Spread spicy mayo on the tortilla, place a generous portion of fish on top, and top with slaw and mango salsa. Add more mayo or cilantro if desired.
