1: Dry chicken wings on paper towels. 2: Mix spices together and drizzle 2 tbsp olive oil over wings, then massage in half of the dry rub. 3: Massage in the remaining dry rub and place in the fridge for at least an hour. 4: Preheat oven to 400°. Spread wings on a cookie sheet and bake for 40 minutes. 5: Peel and slice cucumbers thin into a large bowl. 6: Combine mayo, salt, black pepper, sugar, balsamic vinegar, and red onion in a small bowl. 7: Pour mayo mixture over cucumbers if eating right away; otherwise, refrigerate and pour before serving. 8: Slice potatoes in half and then into fourths. 9: Submerge potatoes in water and ice for at least 30 minutes. 10: Drizzle potatoes with olive oil and spices, toss to coat, and lay on a cookie sheet. 11: Bake at 450° for 20 minutes, flip, then bake for an additional 15 minutes.
