To make dried lemon zest: Zest one whole lemon. Place onto a baking sheet with parchment paper. Bake at 200°F for 5-10 minutes, until dried and crispy. Grind into powder between fingers or with a mortar and pestle. Combine all ingredients (including the dried lemon zest) and mix together thoroughly. Store in an airtight container with a tight-fitting lid.
