1: Prepare rice according to package. 2: Brown the ground beef in a pan and add minced garlic, then remove and set aside. 3: In the same pan, add olive oil and sauté the red bell pepper, zucchini, carrots, and mushrooms until they release their liquid. 4: While veggies cook, mix together the remaining sauce ingredients in a separate bowl. 5: Add the ground beef back to the pan with the veggies, pour in the stir fry sauce, and cook together for a few minutes. 6: Serve over rice and pour extra sauce on top. Enjoy!
