1: Add one full packet of sourdough starter to your jar. Add 2 tablespoons of water, stir to combine, and let it sit for 4-5 hours. 2: Add 2 tablespoons of flour and 2 tablespoons of water. Stir to combine and let rest overnight. 3: On Day 2, feed with 2 tablespoons of flour and 1.5 tablespoons of water. Stir to combine and let rest overnight. 4: On Day 3, feed with one heaping 1/4 cup of flour and 3 tablespoons of water. Stir to combine and let rest overnight. 5: On Day 4, feed with one heaping 1/4 cup of flour and 3 tablespoons of water. Stir to combine and let rest overnight. 6: On Day 5, if the starter isn't doubling in size, discard all but 100 grams of your starter. Feed with 100 grams of flour and 100 grams of water. Let rest overnight.
