1: Peel, slice, and cube your butternut squash. Roughly dice your onion. Cube your chicken breast. 2: Heat olive oil in a pan. Season your chicken breast with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Add to pan and cook until done. Set aside. 3: Sauté your onions until softened. Remove and pour into a blender. 4: Sauté your butternut squash, then add chicken broth (or water), cover with lid, and cook until fork tender. Remove and pour into blender. 5: Melt together butter, cream cheese, and heavy cream. Once combined, add in cheeses and mustard. Stir until combined. Pour into blender. 6: Blend until cheese mixture is evenly blended. 7: Add noodles, chicken and as much cheese mixture back to pan as you desire. Stir to combine and serve immediately.
