0.) Pour yourself a delicious cup of coffee! 1.) Shred your cheese and potatoes. It’s not required, but you can also use a paper towel and squeeze any extra liquid from the potato shreds—it’ll help them get crispier. 2.) Heat a pan over medium heat with 1 tbsp butter. Place your potatoes into the pan and arrange them into a pile the size of a slice of bread. Cook until golden brown. Flip and cook until golden brown. Top with cheese. Place one slice of bread on top, buttered side up. Flip and cook until toast is golden brown. Remove from pan and set aside. 3.) Add 1 tbsp butter to pan. Crack two eggs, and add your diced chicken to the eggs. Stir into a neat pile and cook. Once cooked, top with cheese and add the remaining slice of bread on top. Flip and top with other half of sandwich. Cook until bottom slice is golden brown. 4.) Mix all sauce ingredients together in a small bowl. 5.) Slice your sandwich and DEVOUR! 6.)
