1. Salt your steak and add to a hot pan. Sear both sides for 5-7 minutes. Once cooked to desired doneness remove and let rest. 2. Cook bacon. Once done, pour off most of your grease, then cook onions and peppers. 3. Cook your eggs. 4. Begin assembly by laying down tortilla, then cheese, eggs, bacon, steak, onions/peppers, top with cheese and close up your tortilla. 5. Cook until browned and cheese is melted, then flip and repeat. Remove from pan, and repeat with remaining tortilla and ingredients. 6. Make the sauce by mixing mayo, hot sauce, and strawberry jam, dip, eat and enjoy!
