1. Combine all ingredients until a rough dough forms. 2. Dump onto counter and knead until dough becomes smooth. 3. Cover and let rest for 30 minutes. 4. Divide into 4 pieces for large tortillas or 6-8 for smaller tortillas. 5. Press into a rough circle with the palm of your hand. 6. Roll thin, then cook on a pan pre-heated to medium heat for about 60 seconds on each side until small brown spots start to form. 7. Flip and repeat until all tortillas are done. 8. Use immediately or allow to cool, then place into a bag and into the fridge or freezer for storage. 9. Warm before reusing.
