What you need

tbsp table salt

tsp coriander

tbsp garlic powder

tsp mustard powder

tbsp paprika

tbsp black pepper

tbsp onion powder
tsp lemon zest
Instructions
1. Zest one whole lemon, place onto a baking sheet with parchment paper. 2. Bake at 200°F for 5-10 minutes, until dried and crispy. 3. Grind the dried zest into a powder between fingers or with a mortar and pestle. 4. Combine all ingredients and mix together. 5. Store in an air tight container with a tight fitting lid.
