cup heavy cream

tbsp worcestershire sauce

tbsp balsamic vinegar

Instructions
1. Slice or pound chicken breasts thin. Season with salt, pepper, and thyme. Place into a hot pan with olive oil. Cook until golden brown on both sides. Remove and set aside. 2. Add sliced onions into pan over medium heat and cook until they begin to soften. Once softened, add in balsamic vinegar and Worcestershire sauce, cover with a lid and let cook for 10-15 minutes. 3. Add in 2 cups stock, salt, pepper, and thyme. Cover and let simmer for 15 minutes. 4. Scoop out the onions. Mix together heavy cream and corn starch, then pour into the broth mixture. Whisk until thickened over low heat. 5. Slice chicken into strips to begin assembling sandwiches. 6. Butter one side of each slice of bread. Lay buttered side down over medium heat. Lay down cheese, onions, another slice of cheese, chicken, cheese, and top slice of bread. 7. Cook until golden brown, then flip and cook until other side is golden brown. 8. Remove and repeat for remaining sandwiches. Serve and enjoy.
