CHICKEN RAMEN RECIPE

What you need

bunch fresh chives

tsp fine sea salt

cup water

ramen noodles

tbsp butter

tbsp apple cider vinegar

tsp sesame oil

tsp turmeric powder

tsp cane sugar

cup vegetable broth

tsp onion powder

clove garlic clove

tsp garlic powder

cup shredded chicken
cup mushrooms

tbsp soy sauce

tbsp chicken bouillon
sweet onion

tsp white pepper
tsp ginger powder

cup carrot

tbsp seasoning mix
egg

tsp table salt
Instructions
1.) Add 1 tbsp butter and 2 tsp sesame oil to a pot. Add in garlic. Cook until fragrant. 2.) Add in your carrots and onions. Cook until softened. 3.) Add in mushrooms and cook until they release their liquid. 4.) Add in broth, water, coconut aminos, and juice from cooked chicken, if available. 5.) Add in ramen seasoning and a tsp or so of salt. 6.) Let simmer. Add more ramen seasoning to your liking and salt to your tastes. 7.) Stir in apple cider vinegar and a few more dashes of sesame oil. Crack in 3 eggs and stir into your broth. 8.) Drop in your noodles and cook until softened. 9.) Serve and top with chicken, chives, and hot sauce if desired.View original recipe
