CUCUMBER SALAD RECIPE

This is one of my kid’s favorite appetizers for dinner. Or I’m the case of my daughter…meals for breakfast—she loves it!

What you need

tsp salt

tbsp honey

tsp black pepper

tsp balsamic vinegar

tbsp vinegar

cup avocado oil

tsp dill weed

head red onion
egg

cucumber

cup mayo
Instructions
HOMEMADE MAYO: 1.) Combine mayo ingredients. Blend with an immersion blender. Full recipe video on my profile. CUCUMBER SALAD: 2.) Combine all ingredients except cucumbers in a bowl. Mix until combined. Add balsamic vinegar until desired thickness and taste is reached. 3.) Don’t add cucumbers in until just before eating otherwise salt will cause cucumbers to sweat their water and make sauce runny. 4.) Store in fridge until serving. Serve and enjoy!View original recipe
