GROUND BEEF ARAYES RECIPE

What you need

tsp fine sea salt

tbsp lemon juice

tbsp cilantro

tsp ground cumin

tsp coriander

tbsp fresh parsley

tsp black pepper

tsp paprika
sweet onion

tsp vinegar

lb ground beef

cup sour cream

cup mayo

tortilla

tbsp coarse sea salt

tsp cumin
Instructions
1.) Combine all spices and seasonings into a large bowl with your ground beef. Gently mix until combined. Set aside. 2.) Combine all sauce ingredients and mix together. Place into fridge. 3.) Fill tortillas or pitas with 1/6th of your meat mixture. Add olive oil to a pan over medium heat. Lay your arayes in the pan and cook until golden brown. Flip and repeat. Grab with tongs and brown the exposed meat edge as well. Set aside and repeat with remaking arayes. 3.1) To ensure the meat cooks to your desired doneness make sure you flip the tortillas often so they don’t get too warm and burn. This will help cook your meat fully without burning the tortillas. But also, it’s ground beef…it’s okay if it’s a little less than well-done… 4.) Serve immediately with garlic cream sauce.
