🍔 BIG MAC SLOPPY JOE 🚨
Serves 415 mins prep15 mins cook
My kids always jump for joy when I tell them I’m making these sloppy joes for dinner. And now YOUR KIDS CAN TOO! NOTES: I made roughly a double batch in the video so the measurements in the video don’t align with what’s below. We had guests, so I made more. Just follow the recipe below and you’ll be golden! Let’s get to it!

What you need

pepper

sesame seed hamburger buns

tbsp onion

cup lettuce
cup dill pickle juice

tbsp ketchup

cup mayonnaise

tsp garlic powder

lb ground beef

slice cheddar cheese

tsp dijon mustard

tsp dill pickle

tbsp brown sugar

tbsp pickle
Instructions
1.) In a skillet brown ground beef, then add onions and pickles and cook until they are tender. 2.) Add mustard, ketchup, garlic powder, brown sugar, salt, and pepper. Cover and bring to a simmer. 3.) Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Adjust seasoning to taste. Make the Mac Sauce during this time. 4.) Serve on buns with big mac sauce, then cheese, meat, lettuce, pickles, and cheese. Top with a little Mac sauce and the top bun. OPTIONAL: I prefer not to eat my sloppy joes with a bun. Simply lay down your sloppy joe meat on top of a bunch of lettuce, then top with sauce, cheese, lettuce, and pickles. *Save yourself roughly 200 calories per sandwich without the buns.View original recipe
