What you need

onion

slice unsalted butter

tsp garlic powder
egg

pinch salt

tsp dijon mustard

dash balsamic vinegar

cup avocado oil

tbsp lemon juice

slice cheese

slice sourdough bread
Instructions
1. Crack the egg into a wide mouth mason jar, add all mayo ingredients, then slowly pour in avocado oil. Use a stick blender over the egg and begin blending, keeping the blender at the bottom until the oil emulsifies, then raise it slowly. This takes about 30 seconds for thick mayo. 2. Season hamburger patties with garlic powder and salt. Cook to your desired doneness. 3. Slice onions into thin strips and add to a pan with olive oil over medium heat. Cook until translucent, then add balsamic vinegar. Season with salt to taste. 4. Butter one side of each slice of bread. Lay down the buttered side on a griddle or pan. Top with mayo, a slice of cheese, onions, a burger, another slice of cheese, and then the top half of the bread. 5. Cook until golden brown on one side, flip and cook until the other side is golden brown. 6. Serve with mayo or your favorite dipping sauce and enjoy.
