Instructions
1. Cube your pork chops and place them into a bowl. 2. Mix marinade ingredients together and coat the pork chops in the bowl. Marinate in the fridge for 1 to 24 hours. 3. Over medium high heat, cook the pork cubes in batches and set them aside once done. 4. Mix the slaw ingredients together in a medium bowl and refrigerate. 5. In the same pan used for the pork, melt butter, add honey and red pepper flakes, stir in coconut aminos, and cook until it thickens slightly. Pour into a bowl and refrigerate. 6. Lay a won ton wrapper flat, place pork cubes and slaw inside, roll up like a burrito, and seal with water. 7. Brush with egg wash and bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes until slightly golden brown. 8. Mix the butter mixture with mayo and serve with the baked won tons.
