BEST EVER EGG NOG RECIPE

Another simple swap so you can stop buying crap from the store and make it at home for less cost and twice the taste. Can’t wait for all the salmonella comments from people who do things everyday 100x more risky than eating raw egg, but have been convinced that salmonella is lurking around every corner waiting to give them an upset tummy.

What you need

cup cane sugar

tsp ground nutmeg

cup milk

tsp vanilla extract
egg
Instructions
1.) Beat egg yolks and sugar together on high until thick and creamy. 2.) Mix in vanilla extract, whipping cream, and milk. 3.) Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form—about 5 minutes. 4.) Whisk the egg whites into the yolk mixture until it’s the desired consistency. I usually use all of the egg whites for mine. 5.) Serve chilled, top with nutmeg, and enjoy immediately…it won’t last long!View original recipe
