A recipe for Chicken Caulfredo, a healthier twist on traditional Alfredo sauce using cauliflower, served with chicken and noodles.

What you need

head cauliflower

tbsp poultry seasoning

cup milk

tsp pepper

lb chicken breast

cup mozzarella cheese

tsp garlic powder
cup pasta water

lb noodles
tsp salt

cup parmesan cheese
Instructions
1.) Separate cauliflower crowns and cook until tender. Strain and set aside. 2.) In a large bowl combine chicken, a drizzle of olive oil and 2 tbsp chicken seasoning. 3.) Cook chicken in a large pan until golden brown on each side and cooked through. 4.) Let chicken rest for 10 minutes, then slice or chop roughly. 5.) Combine cooked cauliflower with remaining Alfredo ingredients (Parmesan, mozzarella, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder) into a blender and blend until smooth. 6.) Add pasta water to a pan over medium low heat. Once heated, pour in Alfredo sauce. Whisk until smooth. Add in noodles and stir until coated. 7.) Either toss in your chicken or lay chicken on top of your noodles. 8.) Serve, share and enjoy!View original recipe
