CHICKEN MARSALA FULL RECIPE

I love taking classic recipes and remaking them using what I already have on hand…nothing fancy…no special tools…just quality ingredients and a basic understanding of some traditional recipes. Yet, some people will whine that there is NO WAY this could be called chicken Marsala 😆

What you need
tsp salt & pepper

clove garlic clove
cup chicken broth

tsp dried thyme
lb chicken thigh

sweet onion

tbsp cornstarch

oz noodles

cup heavy cream

cup dry white wine
Instructions
Cook noodles at any point. 1.) Cube chicken, then coat with oil, salt and pepper. 2.) Cook over medium high heat until done. Remove and set aside. 3.) Dice onions and garlic. In same pan add oil and sauté your onions until soft. Add in garlic and stir for a minute. Add in broth, wine, heavy cream and thyme. Cook over medium heat until thickened. Or for a quicker version you can bring to a simmer then stir in your dissolved corn starch. Salt and pepper to taste. 4.) Add chicken back in and heat through. 5.) Serve over noodles or rice.
