CHICKEN MARSALA FULL RECIPE

Cook noodles at any point. 1.) Cube chicken, then coat with oil, salt and pepper. 2.) Cook over medium high heat until done. Remove and set aside. 3.) Dice onions and garlic. In same pan add oil and sauté your onions until soft. Add in garlic and stir for a minute. Add in broth, wine, heavy cream and thyme. Cook over medium heat until thickened. Or for a quicker version you can bring to a simmer then stir in your dissolved corn starch. Salt and pepper to taste. 4.) Add chicken back in and heat through. 5.) Serve over noodles or rice. Enjoy!
