Crunch Wrap Supreme

1. Mix together all tortilla ingredients. Dump out and knead until dough is smooth. Divide into 16 different pieces. Flour your work surface, and roll each into a dinner plate sized tortilla. Cook on a cast iron pan over medium heat.

2. Coat your chicken with seasonings. Massage into chicken. Cook over medium high heat until done. Dice into cubes once cooled.

3. Lay down tortillas as seen in video. Top with chicken, cheese, tortilla chips, lettuce, tomatoes, then a top layer of tortillas—cut if necessary. Fold over hanging tortillas toward the top. Place a cookie sheet on top to hold in place. Place into a 425°F preheated oven. Bake for 20 minutes. Remove pan, bake for another 10 or until golden brown.

4. Slice, serve with sour cream, salsa, hot sauce and enjoy!
