What you need

bell pepper

cup coconut aminos

clove garlic powder
lb flat iron steak

cup cooked rice

tsp black pepper

cup reduced sodium chicken broth

tbsp cornstarch

tsp onion powder

Instructions
1. Season steak with salt and pepper. Drizzle olive oil in a pan and cook steaks over medium high heat. Once cooked to desired doneness, remove and set aside. 2. Slice peppers into thin strips. Add olive oil to a pan and cook peppers over medium heat until softened. Add in garlic, stir to combine. 3. Whisk together coconut aminos, chicken or vegetable broth, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper and corn starch. Add to your pan of peppers and stir over medium heat until thickened. 4. Cut your steak into cubes, then add to the top of your pan of peppers, stir to combine. 5. Serve dish atop some rice, and enjoy!
