Garlic Butter Chicken Pasta

What you need

clove garlic clove
cup pasta water

tsp garlic powder

cup heavy cream

tbsp fine sea salt

cup parmesan cheese

tsp dried thyme

box noodles
lb chicken breast
Instructions
1. Pound chicken breasts thin. Drizzle with olive oil and season with garlic powder, thyme and salt. 2. Heat a pan with olive oil to medium high heat. Cook chicken breasts. Remove and set aside once done. 3. Add a little more olive oil and sauté onions and garlic until softened and fragrant. 4. Add in heavy cream and pasta water. Mix together and bring to a simmer for about 5 minutes, adding additional pasta water if you want a thicker sauce. 5. Once slightly thickened, add in Parmesan cheese. Stir until melted and thickened. Cube chicken breasts. 6. Add pasta and stir to combine. Mix in cubed chicken. Serve and enjoy.
