What you need

tsp fine sea salt

cup pickle

tsp black pepper

cup plain greek yogurt

tbsp olive oil
cup fresh parsley

tsp lemon zest

cup fresh cilantro
tbsp apple cider vinegar

Instructions
1.) Combine all ingredients in a food processor and process until it reaches your desired consistency. 2.) Pour into a pint jar with a tight fitting lid. Will keep fresh for a week in the fridge, but fresh herbs oxidize quickly once processed. Lemon juice and vinegar help with shelf life and taste.View original recipe
