Ground Beef Arayes consists of seasoned ground beef stuffed in tortillas or pitas, cooked to golden perfection, and served with a creamy garlic sauce.

Instructions
1. Combine all spices and seasonings into a large bowl with your ground beef. Gently mix until combined. Set aside. 2. Combine all sauce ingredients and mix together. Place into fridge. 3. Fill tortillas or pitas with 1/6th of your meat mixture. Add olive oil to a pan over medium heat. Lay your arayes in the pan and cook until golden brown. Flip and repeat. Grab with tongs and brown the exposed meat edge as well. Set aside and repeat with remaining arayes. 4. Serve immediately with garlic cream sauce.
