What you need
tsp salt & pepper

tbsp worcestershire sauce
lb ground beef

tbsp balsamic vinegar
green bell pepper

yellow onion
oz mushrooms

red bell pepper
cup cooked white rice
slice provolone
Instructions
Cook rice at any point. 1.) Prepare your bell peppers and onions (chopped/sliced as specified). Add them to a hot pan with a little olive oil. Cook until softened. Once softened, add in your balsamic vinegar and stir until caramelized. 2.) Add in your chopped mushrooms, and cook until they release their liquid. Once they have released their liquid, add in your ground beef. Add in your Worcestershire sauce and cook until the beef is done. 3.)
