What you need

garlic clove

tbsp olive oil

red bell pepper

zucchini

cup carrot

oz mushroom
cup brown sugar
cup reduced sodium soy sauce

tbsp sesame oil

tsp ground ginger

tsp crushed red pepper

tsp pepper
Instructions
1: Prepare rice according to package. 2: Brown the ground beef in a pan and add minced garlic, then remove and set aside. 3: In the same pan, add olive oil and sauté the red bell pepper, zucchini, carrots, and mushrooms until they release their liquid. 4: While veggies cook, mix together the remaining sauce ingredients in a separate bowl. 5: Add the ground beef back to the pan with the veggies, pour in the stir fry sauce, and cook together for a few minutes. 6: Serve over rice and pour extra sauce on top.
